I had a great experience with my kitchen remodel with Patricia and everyone else at Elite Countertops. I was allowed to think through the planning stages with no pressure, just great advice and help. I especially appreciated that Patricia didn't push me out of my budget but gave me good options with particular price ranges. And then, when I had made my decisions about materials, work was able to get started almost immediately (as soon as the materials came in). During the final week of 2019, we had our front porch replaced. Through a series of unfortunate events, our dishwasher blew up and needed to be replaced. We decided to replace all the appliances as they were over 20 years old. Our old stove was a drop-in stove, but we were unable to replace it with the same type of stove. This started us on our journey to replace the countertop as we had to cut the old one in order to install the new stove. Originally, we were not looking to remodel the kitchen only to get a new countertop. We took our time and shopped around and found Elite Countertops. They were offering a kitchen special so we thought we’d check it out. We met Patricia and she was very professional and timely with her communication. She explained everything to us and brought samples to our house to help us visualize. She offered suggestions on the design, but ultimately she did as we asked. She kept us informed during the process. Her staff showed up on time and got everything installed quickly and answered any questions we had during the installation process. The kitchen turned out beautiful. After the installation, we had additional workers come into the house to fix unrelated items and we received compliments on the job that was done. We are looking forward to continuing or work with Elite Countertops for the next part of our kitchen project, a tile backsplash.

We had a great experience dealing with Patricia and her crew from Elite Countertops. It took less than 2 weeks from the time we selected our quartz countertops to the time that they were installed. The team did a fantastic job and everything went like clockwork. My husband and I highly recommend their services.

OK, go in knowing they might be a little late for appointments. In exchange you will get really great work. We are THRILLED with Elite Countertops work. I wish I would have had them do our whole kitchen, but they hung our cabinets and supplied/installed our counters. I am a difficult person to please, but Patricia was an excellent salesperson, and Carlos and crew are craftsmen. The price was reasonable and frankly worth every penny. In a full kitchen/living room remodel filled with disasters, they have been a bright shining exception. I will absolutely go back when it’s time to do more work.

Elite Countertops are great! They came and measured and brought several samples the first visit including pictures of the slab we wanted for granite. The countertops were installed within a week and included a sink. The plumber arrived the same day after the install of the countertops and completed the sink and new faucet. Great experience and we love our new countertops, sink and faucet. We are still waiting on the backsplash we ordered from Home Depot to finish the project. I wish we would have used Elite Countertops for everything!

Elite Countertops remodeled our kitchen in December 2018 and did an excellent job. My husband and I worked with Patricia Romero who came and took measurements of our kitchen, provided a design for us, ordered our cabinets for direct delivery, and remained in contact with us throughout the project. The kitchen was done in one week. The contractors that installed our cabinets and granite counter tops were polite and professional, as well as the plumber who came on the last day of the job to reconnect our dishwasher, water filter and faucet. Everything was completed to our expectations and we would recommend Elite Countertops/ Patricia Romero for any renovation.

Customer service is awesome!! We had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday but Patricia ended up sick. She called to cancel. She ended up setting up a 7pm appointment during the week. She called and her assistant put our address in wrong so she didn’t get there until about 8. She is very nice and professional. Went through everything with us. She measured so much more then other companies that have come out. Told us what we could do and how we could save money. Out of the 3 places we have tried to get quotes from she has been by far the best to deal with.

They definitely deserve 5 stars because our experience was great from start to finish. Patricia did my estimate and really worked with my wife and I to figure out a design that would work best for our kitchen space. Initially we didn't think a new kitchen was possible. We had thought only about redoing a small area and that was it. But with their special pricing for a 10 x 10 kitchen, we were able to get new cabinets and counter-tops. We couldn't be more pleased. Our kitchen looks amazing! Even though some small issues did arise, as soon as I mentioned them to Patricia, she had the guys come back as soon as possible to rectify the issue. They are very affordable, especially considering the quality of work they do! Highly recommend!

This company helped me and my wife tremendously we had a horrible job that a company did I was very upset she came out to my house did a free home estimate offered to do the entire kitchen and they gave us a free sink and cutting bored because of how upset we were with the other company it was a fast job and the customer service was amazing contacting us asking how we like it The owner herself came to our house after the installation and came to check on how we are liking it if everything is good. They did an AMAZING job on our kitchen. We got new cabinets, countertops, flooring, backsplashes, and were so happy to be able to use one company instead of several different ones. From the beginning we loved Patricia and she made the whole process so easy. We've just recently finished doing our master bath with her and couldn't be happier.

I purchased product and install for new cabinet and counters for my kitchen. Elite is by far the most reasonably priced compared to various other quotes I received. Two small issues arose during the installation, but the owner resolved them and worked out an agreement that was very agreeable. I must say the owner, Patricia, stands by her and her employees work even after payment is received.

I hired Elite Countertops for a kitchen remodel. We had them install cabinets and the granite. The time and care they took with us on our decision was very comforting and helpful. They had very good prices and excellent customer service. Their installers were very polite and courteous of our home. They did such a great job we hired them to do a second job downstairs in the basement two weeks later. Look no further if you want your dream kitchen or bathroom, they have you covered!!

We could not be more pleased. Their products are top- notch and beautiful, and their customer service is impeccable. In addition, they are by far the most affordable option. We had a quote to re-face our cabinets with synthetic doors, and Elite's price was far less, for solid wood cabinets. Having shopped around, I know we paid a fraction of what other companies would have charged. Elite countertops strived to make us happy during installation no matter what. One particular cabinet was not going to fit and they recommended we get a smaller cabinet. I really did not want the smaller one, so they made it work very amicably. Elite Countertops have also continued to make service calls when minor problems with the cabinets occurred. Even three years after installation, they came out to fix a problem before our home inspection for the sale our home. Not only did they correct the problem, Elite also went through the entire kitchen and fixed any other issues they found. Highly recommended!

We had quartz countertops and porcelain tile floor done in our kitchen. Elite Countertops completed the job very well. They were timely, professional, and we are most pleased with the look and quality of the work done. I would highly recommend them. Patricia and everyone who worked on our job was great from the start of the job till the very end.

Patricia came to our home about two weeks prior to the work to give us an estimate. She was prepared, professional and had many choices of products for us to choose from. We waited to get another estimate but the other party was not professional, only came with a few choices, and still gave us a price substantially higher than Elite. I then called Patricia back, relayed my final choice of stone and asked her to go ahead and schedule the work. She did so within a few days as there a slight holdup on when the stone would be available. Once Patricia found out the availability date, she called back and scheduled the work. Her husband came with one worker to put in the counter tops and they were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The entire installation took about 3.5 hours. We are very pleased.

He was on time. Ran into a problem with the faucets, which I had planned to reuse. He carefully explained and showed me why that would not work with my old faucets, helped me look on internet for replacements, then went to Home Depot and purchased replacements and installed. The company's 3 person team came and installed the new granite countertops, sink and hardware. One of the owneres was present throughout. They also arranged for a plumber come hook up the faucet. The work was done as described. It was done cleanly and they were careful not to scratch the floors. They caulked everywhere and were very pleasant and informative as to care and maintenance of their product. They cleaned up everywhere before leaving and departed only after we were satisfied and all our questions answered.. They were installed within 10 days of being ordered. We are very pleased with the countertops and the installation process.
